Sunday, September 25, 2011. I got to make this cake for my cute little nephew who turned one. He loves to dance to the music in Rio so my sister thought this cake would be perfect for him. I loved being able to challenge myself once again with making these birds, and I think they turned out pretty good! I loved this cake! The little boy I made this for is very into sports! At the end of it all. What were the best parts and the worst parts of my time in Peru? I had the opportunity to meet lots of great people and visit many interesting places throughout my time in Lima and Moyobamba. I will never forget my trips to Machu Picchu and Kuelap - two amazing Peruvian sites.
